1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?

2. What's your MOQ?
A:Minimum order quantity is 1 pc based on stock products.
MOQ: 50pcs for OEM service

3. Can i get a free sample for testing?
A:Yes, sample testing is available, you can pay for sample in advance and we will refund or deduct the cost in your regular/bulk order.

4. How long is your delivery time?
A:Normally, stock products for sample testing is around 3-7days.
Regular/Bulk order is around 30-45days

5. What's your payment term ?
A:Bulk order accept L/C at sight, T/T, VTB
Sample order/ small acount accept Paypal/Alipay
We request pay deposit 30% in advance, 70% before shipment after QC inspection 

6. What is your warranty time and after-sales policy?
A:For equipments, we have 1 year warranty time and 2 years for gearbox not included quick-worn spare parts.
If the machines have problems within warranty time, our engineers will require pics or videos to analyze problem to find a best solution and we can replace the components for free. If out of guaranteed time, we advise to send to our dealers near your city or you can solve by yourself, we can support videos for you.

7. Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
A:Firstly, our discounts will based on your order quantity.
